Disney on Ice

Last week Kody, Cory and I took Kailee to Disney on Ice. She talked about it for days before we went, naming all the princesses and Disney characters she wanted to see. When we got there and found our seats, I don't think she really knew what was going on. But as soon as the lights went down and Mickey skated out, she got so excited she started shaking!

She sat on the edge of her seat the entire time. Whenever a new character would skate out, she would squeal and shake even harder. When Belle and the Beast made an appearance, I watched her eyes fill with tears because she was so excited she couldn't stand it! It was so funny to watch her; I think we paid more attention to her than the show.

She kept asking me where Sleeping Beauty was, and unfortunately she was not featured in this performance. Kailee still reminds me that "Sweeping Booty" did not come to see her. At the end of the show all the characters lined up and waved at the audience. I heard Kailee start squeaking and I leaned down to hear her saying "Woody.... and Buzz!! They... wave... at... ME!!!!"

We got Kailee an Ariel doll after the show was over and she was in seventh Heaven that night.
