Baby's Birthday

I can't believe you are one year old. You are getting to be such a big boy. Where did the last year go?

You are sooo handsome! I don't think there is another baby boy as sweet and perfect as you. You complete our family perfectly.

We had a triple birthday party for you, Kailee and Daddy at Grandma June's house.

Your cake smashing was magnificent. We have been practicing since Easter and you did a fine job of obliterating your blue cupcake. Daddy and I were so proud. You ate the entire cupcake and made such a fantastic mess that we sat you right in the kitchen sink to hose off when you were all done.

Then you learned how to open presents. You were happy just to have paper to tear.


Oh Baby. There's nothing cuter than you in nothing but a diaper. I just love your chunky baby body. So kissable!

You are such a curious little guy. You love learning new things about this world you live in.

I will always remember you and your tongue at this age. It's constantly hanging out of your mouth, or you're doing some kind of trick with it.

You just love your big sister. You want to be anywhere she is. I hope you will always look up to her as much as you do now. And I hope you'll grow up to be good friends.
