All the staying late, working through lunches, and working from home have finally paid off. Yesterday Kody was offered a promotion to Large Market. He will now be managing equity compensation plans for some of the biggest companies in the world. He has worked so hard for this opportunity and we are so proud! Kailee and I practiced saying "Congratulations" all afternoon so that she could say it to Daddy when he got home. We made his favorite dinner (spaghetti) and then went to get ice cream to celebrate.
