Kody's Hunting Trip

Last month Kody went down to Fairview (which I believe is down by Manti) for the deer hunt. I wanted him to be able to take some pictures to remember the trip by, but it was quite a struggle for me to agree to let him take my camera. I don't usually even let him touch it, but when we were at the 49ers game in San Francisco last year I gave in and let him snap a few pictures of the game. Well, that was a big mistake. He dropped the camera and it landed on the cement ground under the seat in front of him. The battery popped out and landed under the seats in the row in front of that. Fortunately, there was only cosmetic damage to the camera. However, the damage is severe enough that I still have not fully forgiven his error. He is fully aware of this. But since I really like him I decided that just this once he could take it with him for the weekend. He shot at but didn't kill any deer. He was pretty excited about massacring a little chipmunk, which I found rather violent. Apparently he shot it and, long story short, there are now many pieces of that little chipmunk strewn throughout the forest. He was able to get some extremely gory pictures and the camera returned home safely. These are some pictures of a deer that someone he was with shot.
